Rajasthan Shramik Durghatna Sahayata Yojana 2022 – Notification, Registration Form, Apply Online

Shramik Durghatna Sahayata Yojana launched by the government of Rajasthan to provide financial help to the laborers while. If a worker is injured or dies while working, so this plan has been made to provide financial assistance is given from the government’s side to help him. Before now, the government had run three different schemes, namely Samhu Bima Yojana, Immediate Accident Assistance Scheme and Ex-gratia Payment Assistance Scheme in case of death, in case of normal death of any laborer or in case of accident or death while working and to take benefits of these three schemes, the workers was also had to apply for separate the applications for separate scheme but now But the government has merge three schemes in one scheme namely is Rajasthan Shramik Durghatna Sahayata Yojana.

Shramik Accident Assistance Scheme Rajasthan: Important Documents

1. A copy of the discharge ticket from the hospital in case of accidental injury.
2. Copy of morgue report or FIR in case of accidental death.
3. Death certificate issued by the Registered Authority in case of death.
4. Certificate from the employer/employer where the worker used to work.
5. Beneficiary registration identity card or copy of the card.
6. Copy of Bhamshah Parivar Card or Bhamshah nomination.
7. Aadhar card copy.
8. Copy of the front page of the bank account passbook.

This scheme will be applicable for providing assistance in the form of compensation in case of normal death or accidental death or injury of building and other construction worker under Rule 57 and 58 of Rajasthan Rules 2009 read with Section 22 (1) (a) of the (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act 1996.

Eligibility:

1. The age of the worker should be between 18 years to 60 years.
2. Already registered in the labor board.
3. No member of the family of that worker should be in government job.

This is a big step taken by the Chief Minister of Rajasthan because in case of general or accidental death or injury of the beneficiary, the assistance scheme is still benefiting many people.
